Terms and Conditions for tchillbag® Customized Printing

When you place an online or off-line order with tchillbag®, you are entering into a contract between you as a single entity, the company or organization you represent and Drauben Pty Ltd t/a tchillbag®. By placing your order you accept our terms and are bound these Trading Terms. Freight is charged additional to your tchillbag® order, unless otherwise stated.

Possession title of goods stays with tchillbag® until payment has been made in full into our account.

Artwork is required in a high resolution vector PDF file or a vector EPF file. Otherwise, an additional artwork charge may apply.

Artwork Alterations/design:
If artwork is not supplied in correct format, artwork charges are billed at $55 + GST per hour. Some minor artwork may be done at no cost. Please check with us and we can supply a quote.

Digital image for approval:
Once the order confirmed we produce a digital image of the bag with the logo for approval. We can then move the logo up or down and adjust the size following the clients requirements. Once the image is approved we produce the tchillbag identical to the picture

Samples and prototypes can be produced for approval prior production. They incur a small charge depending on the complexity of the design. This charge will be deducted from the production cost but usually the digital image for approval is sufficient.

Terms: Full payment is required at the time of ordering, unless agreed with tchillbag®

Cancellation of Order: Once the order confirmation is received ,it is agreed we will supply your product as per your instructions stated on the order (unless otherwise communicated in writing).

If you call off an order after order receipt, fees for cancellation may apply. They can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically costs involved are restocking fee, artwork fees, freight costs, set-up costs or full payment of job if items have already been decorated.

Lead times: Locally supplied/branded products generally require lead time 3 weeks from receipt of artwork approval.

Overseas customized Items: Printed and customized tchillbag® for quantities above 1000 can be produced overseas. Items sourced from overseas generally require a delivery time of 8-12 weeks from full payment of order and artwork approval.

Claims or Returns: In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or the printing/branding differed from you artwork approval. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.

Colours: On this website colours of items pictures are only indicatory. If the exact colour match is needed, please request a try.

Guarantee: All orders are accepted with the understanding that we will supply the goods matched to those described in the quote or we will consult you regarding changes prior to production. Any error on tchillbag® part will be equitably and promptly adjusted.

Default Accounts: We will actively pursue any company or person/s defaulting on a payment to tchillbag®. All fees involved in recovering the debt will be billed to that company or person/s. Any account over 90 days due will be given to our debt collectors. A 5% interest charge will be added to the invoice for each month past 90 days that the debt remains unpaid and all recovery costs will be added to the outstanding amount.

PLEASE NOTE: tchillbag® does not take any responsibility for delay in goods where the goods are in the hands of couriers or freight companies, and the delay is caused by 3rd party companies.
On-line Product and Branding Prices: All product prices listed are GST included.
GST amount is displayed in final transaction and in your invoice.
Prices subject to change without notice.
tchillbag® reserves the right to vary its Trading Terms at anytime.

ART WORK CONDITIONS
1.Inspect all aspects of the proof; this includes spelling, phone numbers, delivery address, colours, font, and layout.
2.Please check this proof carefully for errors, and clearly state in the comments box below any corrections if required, as the final approval rests with you.
3.Should any pages be illegible or difficult to read please email [email protected] to request a clearer copy.
4.This job will commence upon receiving this approval.

Copyright and Intellectual Property.
By using our site or ordering branded or customized tchillbag®, you automatically agree to be bound by the following. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to use any material. tchillbag® is not liable for any breach of copyright or other law that you may commit in using any material at our premises or in having us copy any material for you.

Under the copyright laws of Australia, a person who owns a copyright in a "work" has the exclusive tight to make copies of that work. The copyright owner may permit others to make copies of the work or use the work. "Copying" means scanning, digitising, faxing and photocopying.

In advance of requesting us to print on tchillbag® for you, you must make sure that you have the right to use any image.

Alternatively you should ensure that you have the copyright owner's permission to use the images of the work, or that you have the right under law to use.

By using this site, you declare that: (a) You are the owner of the copyright in this image, (b) You have permission from the holders of the copyright in this image, to use this image. (c) Copyright in this image has expired (e.g. a photograph was taken more than 50 years ago.) (d) You are otherwise permitted under Copyright Act to use this image. You indemnify Drauben Pty Ltd t/a tchillbag against any loss, injury or damage (including legal costs or expenses) incurred by Drauben Pty Ltd t/a tchillbag as a result of any breach by me of this warrant
